In this time of world-wide crisis, congregations throughout this church are not able to gather for worship as the body of Christ. While you cannot be together in person, you can hear the word of God and hold each other in prayer. We offer this brief resource as an aid for prayer in the home. As with intercessory prayer in the assembly’s worship, you are encouraged to adapt these prayers for your local context. If you know someone who doesn't have a computer and/or prefers to do worship at home without watching a video or livestream, please print out these prayers for them.

Virtual World Water Day
We can't meet at the LA River this year, but we can join together from our homes, study, and take action to protect water and the environment that has been entrusted to us to steward. We are an Easter People, but we are also a Water People, both in our baptism and in our daily existence, and the current crisis can only underline this.
