General Duties Include:

Office Administrative duties:
Welcome visitors and members
Answer, coordinate, and document incoming telephone and email communications, messages, etc. from visitors and members and forward messages to proper recipient
Maintain community calendar
Monitor, maintain, organize and purchase office supplies
Process incoming and outgoing mail
Distribute congregational meeting reports
Maintain records of weekly attendance and prayer list requests
Provide additional record management as necessary for church operations
Mail and publish online monthly newsletter and other correspondences
Facilities Management duties
Assist in coordinating facility users
Receive payments from facility users and forward to Congregation Financial Secretary
Other Duties

This position shall from time to time assume other duties or tasks normally associated with the administrative support functions of the church.

Ecclesial Responsibilities:
As an employee within a spiritual community, it is imperative the administrator commits to personal and spiritual growth.

Candidate Should Be Familiar With:
Google Docs/Sheets/Drive/Calendar
Canva, Photoshop or Pages
Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
Social Media including Facebook, Instagram and Twitter
Church or Non-Profit administration

Compensation Rate: Up to $20 per hour, based on experience

Leave: 3 days paid sick leave annually
