The Synod can offer a reimbursement of $100 per individual for up to three individuals per congregation. Full details will be provided onsite regarding what will need to be submitted.
Please save your hotel folio (the receipt you receive at the conclusion of your stay). When submitting your reimbursement request, include the following information in addition to your receipt:
Church name
Church address
All reimbursement checks will be mailed to the church and distributed to individuals by the church.
After the Assembly, please submit the required materials to Assembly@socalsynod.org for processing. All requests should be submitted by Friday, June 5, one week following Assembly.
In the event you already booked your room at the Hilton Pasadena directly (and not with our hotel link), please reach out to us to let us know. It needs to be under our room block for record keeping purposes, and notifying us will help us get you added in.
-
We have created a form to fill out for any dietary or ADA requests needed during the event. Please fill out the form here.

The offering at Saturday worship is for Global Refuge. A QR Code will be available for donation at assembly, but checks made out to Southwest California Synod or cash may also be collected. We invite you to plan ahead for that gift. If you would like to take care of a gift prior to attending assembly, you may click HERE.
Processing Fee Notice
Please note that a credit card processing fee is applied to all transactions. During the payment process, donors will be given the option to cover this fee so that the full offering amount is received. Please select yes, so your full offering amount goes to Global Refuge. -
Business casual is appropriate. Clergy may wear clerics, but it is not required.

Our official hotel room block has now closed, and the hotel is currently sold out. We recommend exploring nearby accommodations for your stay. If you were able to secure a reservation directly through the hotel prior to it selling out, we’re happy to extend our $100 rebate—just be sure to keep your confirmation details for reimbursement. We look forward to seeing you at the event!

No. If anyone has any pending payments or unresolved items, they should go to the onsite Synod office located in the Sierra Madre Room at the hotel (not our Glendale office).
Everything should already be completed in advance, but if anything is still pending, they will need to visit the onsite Synod office for assistance. We will also have signs posted to direct you.
